1. Influence Mapping
The first package enables the organization to analyze the complex issue and expose its structure. It includes
- a planning meeting with the client to define the issue and design the team;
- the three days of team workshops to analyze and structure the key elements of the issue.
This allows the team to develop a deep understanding of the fundamental factors which are the key to dealing with the issue effectively.
2. Solution Design
The second package adds to the first and together they form a complete, integrated process. It allows the group to:
- define clear, specific objectives;
- generate a set of possible actions and several possible action plans.
Using the best thinking that was used to generate the different plans, we synthesize a plan that is optimal for the situation.
The second package adds between three to four days of workshops to the first package, depending on the size of group.
