To help our clients develop a better understanding of a complex issue and design an effective and efficient plan of action, we:
- work with the client to clearly define the issue for which a critical decision is required;
- design the team that has the necessary stakeholder representation as well as appropriate knowledge and experience;
- conduct facilitated group workshops using the Synplex software tool to capture and manage the information generated;
- identify and structure the multiple factors that are components of the issue into an influence map that exposes the key drivers of the issue;
- develop an effective and efficient plan of action based on a broad and deep shared understanding of the issue within the team.
